The fan is fine

The fan is fine, but the packing and condition of the fan on arrival wasn't. The fan was sent in the thin original box with no internal packing and was rattling around. There were 2 screws missing from the internal covers and couple of marks on the fan. Not sure if the fan was a returned product.
