All good. My only recommendation is you need to fix your pay online process where rural delivery is concerned. This should be able to adjust/calculate accordingly, BEFORE the final click and pay. Receiving an email advising I have not paid enough or I need to give you a urban address is not acceptable in my view. Other than that, I was happy.
